At Earley Solutions we provide a wide range of services. Some of the services include:

1. Life Care Plans - The life care plan is a dynamic document based upon published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis and research, which provides an organized, concise plan for current and future needs with the associated cost for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs.  (IALCP, 2006)

Earley Solutions will provide pediatric life care plans for example, for children with spinal cord injury birth trauma, traumatic brain injury, amputation, hearing impairment, visually impairment, neurodevelopmental disability, and burn injury.

2. Medical Record Review - ESLNC will review medical records to determine deviations in the standard of care. The medical record review will also be done to determine the care recommended by the medical team.

3. Chronologies - A chronology will be provided to organize the medical records.

4. Medical Research - Earley Solutions Legal Nurse Consultants will research medical issues.  These will be explained in plain English.

5. Expert Witness - ESLNC will provide expert witness services.

6. Locate Expert Witness - Earley Solutions will assist attorneys by locating expert witnesses.
